Team Solan, provide bespoke help and support for their “Warriors” and their families.
Their aim is to improve the quality of life of anyone affected by a cancer diagnosis or affected by a cancer bereavement.
Team Solan understands everyone’s journey is unique and the services they provide help with the stress and worry people might experience whilst dealing with a cancer diagnosis. They look to bring some normality at a time when people are also dealing with the obstacles of day-to-day life.
*Warrior is a term often used throughout Team Solan, and refers to the individuals who have been supported by Team Solan following a cancer diagnosis or bereavement.
For anyone affected by Cancer, come and visit them, support their bucket collection or talk to one of their “Warriors” who can sign post you to support available!
