Signed in January 2026, Bishop Auckland FC are delighted to welcome Liam Potter back to Heritage Park following his return from Crook Town FC.
A familiar face to supporters, Liam first joined the club as a 17-year-old, progressing through Bishop Auckland St Mary’s JFC before stepping up into the Bishop Auckland FC U18s setup. His development quickly saw him become a regular member of the first-team squad, showcasing maturity beyond his years.
During his early spell with the club, Liam’s performances earned him trial opportunities with Port Vale, underlining his potential and ability at a higher level.
After departing Heritage Park, Liam went on to represent West Auckland, where he continued his development, before moving to Crook Town FC. Now returning in the famous blue shirt, he brings valuable experience and a strong understanding of the club and its values.
Everyone at Bishop Auckland FC looks forward to seeing Liam back on the pitch and contributing once again in blue.
