Dean originally joined the club in October 2022 from Shildon AFC after making 76 appearances and scoring 38 goals since his arrival in 2020.
He attained the top scorer in our title-winning 23-24 season, but left for rivals Newton Aycliffe for the following season.
As a Bishop lad, Dean has chosen to sign for his home town club a second time in May 2025.
