We are delighted to announce the launch of re-usable Bishop Auckland FC (BAFC) branded drinking vessels – normally described as plastic glasses but in light of the new arrangements detailed below that would be confusing!
First and foremost a big thank you to David Bayles and Aspire Accounting for sponsoring these new branded keepsakes.
The new BAFC branded drink carriers will cost £1 for the first purchase – this sum will be refunded on return. Clearly a number of Bishops’ fans will want to take some home.
So…
Supporters buying alcohol will be given 3 drinking vessel options:
1 Glass – this option is only available in the function room. MUST be consumed within the function room.
2 Re-usable BAFC branded – the charge is £1 (refundable). Can be consumed anywhere in the ground.
3 Soft single use plastic – this option will cease when stock is exhausted. Can be consumed anywhere in the ground.
Also note that there will be one specific spot (the 50/50-Golden Goal-programme hut) where the £1 refunds will be given out in exchange for a used BAFC branded vessel. Please listen out for any PA announcements.
Please remember that under the terms of the Club’s license no one under the age of 18 can purchase or consume alcohol at the ground. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 please do not be offended if our staff ask for ID.
