Former Dunston UTS midfielder Alex Francis has signed a 1 year contract with a 1 year option with the football club.
Head Coach Nathan Haslam said today that ‘Alex is probably the most technically gifted midfielder in the Northern League with outstanding passing qualities and is a dead ball specialist’.
Alex started his career as a youngster at Newcastle United and has also played for Gateshead, Spennymoor Town and West Auckland.
Manager Steve Riley welcomed Alex to the Club and said he is ‘thrilled to have him on board’ and told fans to look out for a further new signing very soon.
