Following the departure of our 2022-23 reserves management team, Bishop Auckland FC (BAFC) are delighted to announce that we will continue to run a reserve side in 2023-24.
After recent discussions and understanding our financial and pitch priorities, including our links and requirements to Middlesbrough FC and our long-standing relationship with BAFC Ladies and Ladies Reserves, we are delighted to announce that ex BAFC player, Steven West and his team, Mark Hallimond, and Ian Baronowski will become part of Bishop Auckland FC and manage BAFC Reserves.
The team will play in Division One of the Wearside League.
Following further talks with King James Academy, we are also delighted to announce the team will play and train out of the Academy. Already accommodating our ladies teams, King James are delighted to extend the partnership further. Look out for their Social Media platforms, currently in the process of being assembled for the 23-24 season.
