The Club Directors are delighted to announce that an extended agreement has been reached with Motif8 Embroidery & Print Ltd to remain as the club’s kit supplier for at least the 2018-19 season.
Dave Mills, BAFC Commercial Director, is pleased to make this announcement saying, “This extended partnership is based on pride in performance and innovation. I am satisfied that Motif8’s terms are in the best interest of the Club moving forward, and not only is the quality of the products and customer service at a very high standard, but the working relationship we have established with Motif8 management is extremely effective and professional – an essential component of our partnership”.
Chris Pomfret, Managing Director of Motif8 Embroidery & Print Ltd, added, “We are delighted to continue as the official kit supplier to Bishop Auckland FC for the 2018-19 season, a fantastic club that is heading in the right direction on and off the pitch, we wish all the Board, management and team all the very best for the new season”.
Nick Postma, BAFC Chairman, also added, “We are really pleased with the arrangements we have established with Motif8 and we’re all looking forward to seeing the team in their new kits”.
The Board of Directors are delighted to release the new playing kits for the 2018-19 season. The new 1st team kit will be traditional two blues halved shirts and the full kit is shown in the attached graphical representation. In January, we consulted widely with supporters and team management staff about preferences for next season’s 1st team strip and the feedback received was overwhelmingly in favour of halved playing shirts. The Club wishes to thank all those supporters who emailed in their preferences.
As we have done this season, the two blues 1st team kit will be worn for all games, home and away, unless there is a colour clash, where a change kit will be required.
Over the next few weeks, the Club will release details of the shirt sponsors for the 1st team kit and change kit, as advanced discussions are currently ongoing.
The Club will also launch the new 2018-19 playing kits at Heritage Park during pre-season and this will include the Club’s official photoshoot ahead of the new season. At this point we will also release details of how and where supporters can buy the new replica shirt well before the start of the new season.
